10 Rules For A Happy Day
10 Rules For A Happy Day

1. TODAY I WILL NOT STRIKE BACK....

if someone is rude, if someone is impatient, if someone is unkind, I will not respond in a like manner.

2. TODAY I WILL ASK GOD TO BLESS MY 'ENEMY'

If I come across someone who treats me harshly or unfairly, I will quietly ask God to bless that individual.

I understand 'enemy' could be a family member, neighbour, co-worker or stranger.

3. TODAY I WILL BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I SAY....

I will carefully choose and guard my words being certain that I do not spread gossip.

4. TODAY I WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE...

I will find ways to help share the burden of another person.

5. TODAY I WILL FORGIVE....

I will forgive any hurts or injuries that come my way.

6. TODAY I WILL DO SOMETHING NICE FOR SOMEONE, BUT I WILL DO IT IN SECRET...

I will reach out anonymously and bless the life of another.

7. TODAY I WILL TREAT OTHERS THE WAY

I WISH TO BE TREATED...

I will practice the golden rule. 'Do unto others as I would have them do unto me'- with EVERYONE I encounter.

8. TODAY I WILL RAISE THE SPIRITS OF SOMEONE WHO IS DISCOURAGED...

My smile, my words, my expression of support, can make the difference to someone who is wrestling with life.

9. TODAY I WILL NURTURE MY BODY...

I will eat less... I will eat only healthy foods. I will thank God for my body.

10. TODAY I WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY...

I will spend a little more time in reading something spiritual or inspirational; I will find a quiet place (at some point during this day) and listen to my inner voice of strength.

Success by Numbers 4
Step 4 - Keep An Open Mind

A lot of times you want things to happen a certain way - but that may not be the best option for you.

Recently I had someone call me saying they were disappointed because they had used one of the methods I outline in my posts to get more success in their business. They focused only on getting not being.
They never opened themselves up to the possibility of getting off their butts and taking right action!!

The easiest thing one can do is quit, then spend a little time becoming creative avoiders, the next easiest thing is to say I can do this and have no idea because they are convinced they know what it takes. Under the pressure cooker is the test.

Keep an open mind - you never know how you will be guided.

Recently I read that Taylor Hicks won American Idol - he wasn't even going to try out for the show until his brother encouraged him. Taylor kept an open mind - and today he's on his way to fame and fortune.

Don't think you know the answers - because if you did - life would be a lot better, you'd be successful, happy and incredibly wealthy.

Look at setbacks as an opportunity - to perhaps get something better, something more appropriate or to move in a new direction.

I remember when I was married my wife and I had been looking for a new car. We were set on a particular model and thought this would be a great car. We had even planned our budget accordingly. We went to test drive the car - the dealership was closed. We went again - they were extremely busy. The third time we went we got a cranky salesman and we ended up hating the car.

So we were back at the beginning - looking for a new car only now we had no idea what we wanted. We drove around and my wife spotted a car that she liked. The dealership was open, the salesman was friendly and the car was fantastic.

Instead of getting angry and frustrated after our experience with the first car - we used the setback as an opportunity to find something better - that's what we focused on and that's what we got.

Keep an open mind.

Your subconscious mind is always guiding you to what you want - and it considers your thoughts and beliefs as instructions.

As a side bar there is a huge misconception out in the world about beliefs many people confuse ideals whishes for beliefs and then wonder why they can’t perform under pressure. This is something we can one day look at closer.

Getting back on track …..
So keep an open mind - see everything as an opportunity to move in a new direction or to get closer to what you want.

If you close your mind you limit yourself to possibilities and when you do that you reduce your chances of getting what you really want. You actually handcuff your subconscious mind because you don't give it enough chances to help you succeed.

When you are open to all possibilities - you give your mind and subconscious mind more options to help you live the life you want.

You trust these great partners of yours and you allow yourself to succeed and live the life you want.

Follow your passion - start by just having fun.
Believe in yourself - you can do anything you want.
Do your best at all times - and let the chips fall where they may.
Keep and open mind - be open to any and all possibilities so that you give your mind and subconscious mind every chance to help you succeed.

Success by Numbers 3
Step 3 - Do the best that you can and let the chips fall where they may!

Always do your best - give your best, be your best, perform at your best - all the time everyday.

That means be the best person that you can.

Be the best employee or boss that you can.

Be the best business person that you can.

Be the best husband, wife, mother, father, son, daughter that you can.

You pass through this time only once - make it a memorable one by being the best that you can. Then let the chips fall where they may.

If you do your best and things don't work out - that's okay - learn from it and move on.

This is how you let go - because your happiness isn't dependant on something else happening.

When you perform your best you get your mind and subconscious mind focused on being the best, and they will naturally attract the best to you - things just start to get better.

Don't worry about recognition - it will come in time - just keep doing your best and you'll get the best out of everybody around you and you'll attract the best things to you.

Success by Numbers 2
Step 2 - Believe in yourself.
There is a great deal one can say on this subject as a matter of fact there a whole day seminar and work shops just based on this word, here is not an attempt to help some one who has been lost for some time, you may need more personable coaching, this is merely painting the picture of the important key to aid assist you if you like another key.

There will be people who will tell you that you can't do something. That you what you want to achieve is too difficult, that you're not being realistic.

Take what they say and put and store it in your mind somewhere.

Then go out and do what you feel is right.

Believe that you can do anything and you will surpass even your highest expectations.

Don't let the doubters and the negative thinkers hold you back - they don't know you and they don't know what you are capable of. They are not you - there is only one person like you and you are capable of doing anything that you want.

Create a belief system that allows you to achieve your goals and live your dreams.

If you don't believe in yourself, if you don't believe that you can and will achieve your goals - then there's no hope. You can have all the passion in the world - but if you don't believe you can - you won't.

How do you create a positive belief system?

Tell yourself that you can achieve what you want.

Give yourself positive re-enforcement - focus on the strides that you make towards your goals - no matter how small they are.

Everyday encourage yourself by acknowledging the progress you make.

When you have a positive belief system you go from I don't think I can - to I know I can.

Your subconscious mind then picks up this message and it begins to help you live a life according to what you believe. So when you believe something - your subconscious mind goes out and creates situations to help you continue believing that you can do something.

When you believe you can't - your subconscious mind goes out and creates situations that will allow you to continue believing that you can't.

Feed your subconscious mind new and positive information. Create a belief system that allows you to succeed.

Follow your passion.

Success by the numbers
Let's face it - everybody wants to be successful, everybody wants to achieve their goals and live their dreams.

But not everybody is successful. Not everybody achieves their goals and not everybody gets to live their dreams.

So why do so few succeed?

Scientists, researchers and academics have been studying this question for decades and the conclusion they all reach is that those who succeed follow a simple formula. Those who fail - don't follow the same formula, and prefer to work with their own, unproven formula because they feel they just know better.

In today's post I'll outline the formula for success and I'll show you how you can begin applying it so that you become successful, achieve your goals and live your dreams.

The first step - have fun!

If you want to be successful follow your passion.

It's that simple.

But most people don't know what their passion is. So to discover your passion start by just having fun.

That means doing things you enjoy and doing things just for the fun of it.

When you're having fun you free up your mind, it is no longer focused on the daily stresses or the things that you are worried about. When you have fun - you free up your subconscious mind so that it can go out and help you achieve your goals. Your subconscious is free to attract the right situations into your life.

If you never have any fun then your mind and subconscious mind are always consumed with day to day worries. There is no way they can help you move forward, find solutions and attract the right situations into your life.

When you're having fun you're automatically guided to your passion. Along the way you discover something, or a number of things that you are passionate about.

When I want to have fun I put on a white belt and go study a martial art I've never done before, act like a 6-year old with my kids, garden, drive my car, read or write. I've made a living teaching martial arts most of my life - it's my passion and I love to write about all kinds of things.

But I still have fun doing other things and it was actually through playing martial arts and my love for sports that I discovered a passion
for writing.

I started out as a student and built a career as a school owner
all because I loved learning and teaching martial arts.

When you do things just for the pure joy, for the fun of it you're
naturally happy and good things just begin to happen to you and
around.

So go out and have fun.

Discover your passion - free your mind and subconscious mind to help you achieve your goals.

When you follow your passion doors open for you, people reach out to lend a hand - you'll be surprised at how many wonderful things happen when you have fun.

Work at doing something you love and you'll never work a day in your life.

Step 2 - Believe in yourself. more to come ....on this subjected

Belt Promotions, what's the point?
Last saturday we had a great Belt Promotions day, all the members that went for their new belt put in a great deal of effort.
For most people they have the opinion that they do not need to be measured by someone to know that they are good enough, while this sound like a fair idea, my question is why is that not the approach of all the major airline companies out there or medical education institutions? Why do they feel it is important that we measure before one can play with someone else life? Better still how would you feel if you were in a airplane and you found out the person about to fly felt they were ready to fly, with out a license ? Right so being measured by an expert is important. Belt promotions means you are ready to defend your self.
That been said don't fear been measured welcome it, don't wait to be perfect to be measure just get out there with what you got and make mistakes all the way to success.
While others are waiting to get fitter before they start and the rest waiting to be perfect before they do more you, are putting yourself out there been measured and at the same time getting feed back on what needs to be done to go to the next level..

Europe Trip
I am on my last leg of my Europe Body Electronics Practionor training. I am due back in August September that will be a little longer going through the US and then on to Europe.
On this trip Got a chance to spend some time with John Will my Instructor and Friend, I really enjoy his company and teaching. Myself and Rachael Birmingham had the opportunity to attend his seminar in Covington England, it was sensational.
As for the future one can only learn to be better than how they are today.
